Pat's Taqueria is located at the Hanalei Pier on the north shore of Kauai.  

Open daily Noon - 3:00pm. Closed Sunday.

Patrick has been cheffing longer than he can remember; he thinks he got his start somewhere near 1995. Patrick started in fine dining in Colorado but found his home on Kauai in 2005. Throughout his career, no matter what he was cooking, Pat's heart and mind were thinking about tacos. Pat's Taqueria opened in December of 2006.
